[1] 关注人工智能与半导体物理、微电子器件和集成电路的融合。具体开展以下三方面研究：一、量子神经网络的设计与应用量子计算结合神经网络可期在未来对信息处理技术产生基础性变革的影响。二、人工智能解决微电子&物理问题融入人工智能解决纳米尺度半导体物理和微电子器件的强非线性问题，为微纳体系走向电子应用提供助力。三、人工智能芯片设计以集成电路的形式采用硬件来部署机器学习算法，实现人工智能方法的落地。主要探讨以下两个问题： * 面向集成电路的人工智能算法优化 * 基于数字集成电路的人工智能应用落地
