欢迎有给排水、环境、化学、材料等背景的学生报考硕士、博士研究生,也欢迎本科生加入课题组。我们希望营造一个开放、

和谐、多产的课题组,以下是课题组的一些规则:

1. 所有学生均由导师亲自带;考虑到成果分配的争议,避免博士带硕士的情况。

2. 采用提纲式指导,避免放羊式指导和保姆式指导。

3. 不强加项目,鼓励大胆提出问题,强调博士期间思维的提升。

4. 结果导向,只要能做好研究,没有任何出勤要求。

5. 尽量避免让学生做与科研无关的事情,包括报账、横向课题等。与科研无关的工作有一定的劳务费,发表论文给予一定的

论文奖励。

6. 硕士生在完成硕士论文两章节工作之后,剩下的时间自由安排(如假期实习、考选调生)。

7. 尊重学生的付出,对于完成实验并撰写论文的学生保证署名一作。

8. 博士生的论文质与量并举,为学术道路奠定基础。

9. 为增强博士生的学术视野,鼓励博士生出国参加国际会议1次(课题组报销费用)或CSC出国交流1年。 

10. 为让博士生找到更好的工作,可以提前预答辩,找到满意工作之后再正式答辩毕业,在此期间课题组可提供3000-5000/月的生活补助。
