Profile

  孙晋，安徽人，法学博士，1971年9月生。现任武汉大学竞争法与竞争政策研究中心主任、武汉大学网络治理研究院执行院长、法学院经济法教研室主任，教授、博士生导师。湖北省十大杰出法学家，美国加州大学伯克利分校法学院访问学者，新疆大学“天山学者”。兼任中国法学会商业法研究会副会长、中国法学会经济法研究会常务理事、亚洲竞争法协会（ACA）常务理事、国家社科基金项目评审鉴定专家、教育部学位与研究生教育评估专家、国家市场监督管理总局竞争政策与反垄断专家、湖北省人民政府法律顾问、湖北省纪委监察厅民商事法律顾问、武汉市政法委法律顾问、湖北省市场监管局公平竞争审查专家咨询组首席专家(召集人）、中国世贸组织研究会竞争法律与政策委员会专家、湖北省高级人民法院疑难案件咨询委员会专家、湖北省七五普法讲师团专家、武汉市法学会竞争法研究会创会会长。2007年-2008年受中组部教育部指派援疆担任新疆大学法学院副院长，2014年-2015年参加中央六部委“双千计划”担任江苏省镇江市中级人民法院副院长，2019年2月-3月在中共中央党校进修学习。国家社科基金重大项目首席专家，主持国家社科基金重点项目、国家社科基金一般项目、最高人民法院司法调研重大课题、教育部规划基金一般项目、教育部后期资助项目、中国法学会部级研究项目、湖北省社科基金重点项目等逾50项；在《中国社会科学》、《中国社会科学》（英文版）、《中国法学》、《中国法学》（英文版）、《法律科学》、《法学》、《政法论坛》《法商研究》、《现代法学》、《当代法学》、《人民日报》、《光明日报》、《中国社会科学报》、《法制日报/法治日报》、《加拿大社会科学》等中外报刊公开发表论文180余篇，10余篇被《新华文摘》、《中国社会科学文摘》、《高等学校文科学术文摘》、《人大报刊复印资料》转载；在人民出版社、中国社会科学出版社、法律出版社、高等教育出版社等出版专著11部、主编《现代经济法学》《竞争法原论》《商法学》等教材9本。多项成果获得中国法学会优秀成果奖、湖北省社科优秀成果奖、湖北省高等学校优秀成果奖、武汉市社科优秀成果奖、中国经济法研究会优秀青年论文奖。
