  • Wang jiawei, DDS,PhD, Professor of presthetic dentistry, Chief doctor of the department of prosthodontics in school&hospital of stomatology, wuhan university. Executive member of the professional committee of prosthodontics of Chinese stomatological association, Vice chairman of the special committee of prosthodontics of hubei stomatological association.

    Mainly engaged in clinical, scientific research and educational work of prosthetic dentistry and implant dentistry, familiar with all kinds of traditional fixed and removable restoration and implant denture,.Skilled in aesthetic rehabilitation with various porcelain veneer, all ceramic crown and bridge , elaborate fixed restoration of severe abrasive teeth and defected dentition with insufficient occlusal vertical dimension,reconstructing complex partially edentulous and  edentulous jaw with implant denture. Possessed unique and abundant experience in implantation of esthetic zone, occlusal reconstruction and occlusal adjustment.

    Worked on the postdoctoral research at the university of Leiden from 2001 to 2004, and published more than 50 papers at domestic and international academic journals as the first author or corresponding author, participated in the main translation work of Removable Partial Denture, partially compliling work of the  postgraduate teaching material Complete denture .Successively presided or participate in more than 10 national, provincial or municipal scientific research projects, and supervised 40 postgraduate students. The main fields of academic research are: endochondral osteogenesis, bone tissue engineering, biomaterials, implant bone interface surface modification.
