Profile

     Wang Yubo, male, PhD, postdoctoral (one station) in Linguistics and applied linguistics, postdoctoral (two stations) in information science. He is now an associate professor of the School of Literature, Wuhan University, director of the Research Institute of Chinese Language and Social Development, the State Language Commission, and one of the executive editors of Chinese Language. He is mainly engaged in teaching and research in Applied Linguistics, Chinese Linguistics and Chinese international education.

    From 2011 to today, he works in the linguistics and applied linguistics teaching and Research Department of Wuhan University School of Literature, and the Research Center of Chinese Language and Social Development of the State Language Commission. From 2011 to 2013, he joined the postdoctoral program of linguistics and applied linguistics at Wuhan University to study new media mood monitoring and related linguistic issues. From 2014 to 2018, he entered the library of Information Management College of Wuhan University, information and archives management postdoctoral mobile station information science specialty, engaged in Chinese language and national conditions information monitoring model and framework construction research. In 2013-2016, 2017-today, two selected Wuhan University "351 talent plan", was hired as "Loga young scholars". From June 2015 to June 2016, he was sponsored by the National Student Fund Committee's "Youth Backbone Teachers'Study Abroad Project 2014" to study at Nanyang Polytechnic University in Singapore. At the invitation of universities and academic organizations in Britain, France and Singapore, he has attended many academic conferences and exchanges abroad.
