Abstract:
文章应用"城市人"理论,构建了"寻求使用者与服务者合理需求共识"的小学布局规划方法,并以武汉市为例,采用回归分析等方法辨识小学供需双方的满意度共识,验证基于供需匹配的小学最优服务半径范围,同时利用典型社区要素提取、对比和回归分析方法,通过人口密度、道路网密度和社区用地混合度等空间要素的优化,提出人居环境优化策略,以提升居民对小学布局的满意度,更好地匹配居民需求。 -
