Dr. Wu Guoqiang's reseach interest is Micro-/Nano-electro-mechanical system (M/NEMS), especially focusing on RF MEMS devices, acoustic MEMS sensors, inertial MEMS sensors, and uncooled infrared MEMS sensors. He authored over 40 refereed technical and scientific articles in the prestigious journals, such as IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics、IEEE Electron Device Letters、IEEE Journal of Micrelectromechanical Systems、Applied Physics Letters. He has applied for 30 China or US patents, and 15 of them have been granted. Dr. Wu was the recipient

of the Best Dissertation Award of Shanghai in 2014. He was named an IEEE Senior Member in 2020.
