研究方向简介
聚焦复杂合成体系的原位谱学与反应机制研究,围绕均相合成反应中的关键科学问题,发展多种原位谱学表征方法,解析反应过程中活性物种的形成、演化与转化规律,揭示复杂反应体系的内在机制,为突破合成化学中的关键瓶颈、实现反应优化与绿色合成提供理论依据。主要研究方向:
(1)复杂体系原位谱学方法建立:开发并优化适用于复杂反应环境的原位谱学技术,结合光化学、电化学等研究手段,实现对反应过程的实时、动态监测与多维表征。
(2)活性中间体结构表征与反应机制:针对光/电合成反应中的关键活性中间体,如自由基、有机金属中间体和金属簇等,开展结构表征与动态追踪研究,阐明化学键活化、单电子转移及选择性转化等关键步骤的反应机制,并推动机制认识在反应优化和机理可视化中的应用。
(3)机理导向绿色合成反应开发:聚焦合成过程中的关键限速步骤与选择性控制因素,建立从机制解析到反应设计的研究路径,发展绿色、高效、选择性可控的合成转化新体系。
