Abstract:
：建立了基于顶空-固相微萃取-气相色谱-质谱（HS-SPME-GC-MS）测定雪茄烟叶中14种挥发性成分的方法。对0.8 g雪茄烟叶样品，采用50/30 μm DVB/CAR/PDMS固相微萃取纤维进行HS-SPME，在70 ℃萃取70 min，在GC进样口解吸8 min。采用Rtx-5MS石英毛细管柱，在40~260 ℃范围内程序升温。14种化合物在0.5~100 μg/g浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系，相关系数（R2）均 大于0.9926，方法检出限为0.051~0.142 μg/g，定量限为0.171~0.474 μg/g，加标回收率为65.1%~108.6%，日内和日间相对标准偏差（RSDs）分别小于18%和16%。该方法成功应用于15个不同产区雪茄烟叶中14种挥发性成分的含量测定。 -
