武汉大学公共卫生学院流行病与卫生统计学系副教授，英国伦敦卫生与热带医学学院荣誉研究员、访问学者，现任武汉大学公共卫生学院健康管理研究中心负责人、湖北省健康管理师专家委员会秘书长。近年来研究兴趣集中在群体健康流行病学与健康治理领域。（1）研究团队利用健康决定因素的社会生态学模型，围绕影响健康的个人、人际、社区、机构和政策等因素，系统探索城乡社区慢性病流行特征及干预模式；（2）以孕产妇、育龄妇女等人群为对象，系统探索生殖感染、性传播疾病、意外妊娠、孕期共患病及人工流产等健康问题的流行现状、影响因素，以及健康危害。目前担任英文期刊“全球健康研究与政策”（Global Health Research and Policy）编委，担任《中华生殖与避孕杂志》通讯编委，已在国内外重要期刊上发表论文50多篇。
