陈晨，女，经济学博士，武汉市“武汉英才”优秀青年人才。主要研究方向为疫苗经济学、老年健康经济学与卫生技术评估。她于2017年获得英国约克大学卫生经济学博士学位。在英学习期间，她曾在英国卫生部实习，研究的课题是评估NHS下200多家公立医院的髋关节和膝盖置换手术效果，为政府对每个医院这项手术的拨款提供参考。2017-2020年，她在北京大学国家发展研究院的中国卫生经济研究中心担任博士后研究员，合作导师刘国恩教授。在此期间，她参与了多项国家级课题的研究。

Chen’s research interests include the economic analysis of Chinese health care system and health technology assessment. She holds a Ph.D. degree in Health Economics from the University of York under the supervision of Professor Nigel Rice and Professor Andrew Street. And she has worked at the Department of Health in the United Kingdom on a summer placement for the research of Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs). From 2017-2020, she was a post-doc fellow supervised by Prof. Gordon Liu at China Center for Health Economic Research (CCHER), Peking University.
