Daiqin Yang received the B.E. and M.E. degrees from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, and the Ph.D. degree from the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong, all in electrical engineering. She is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Remote Sensing and Information Engineering, Wuhan University, Wuhan. Prior to her current position, she hold research positions at Philips Research East Asia and A*Star (Singapore). Her research interests include image processing and analysis, photogrammetry and remote sensing, and intelligent systems. She has published papers on international journals and conferences such as IEEE TCSVT/TMM/TPDS/TGRS, and CVPR/ICC/Globecom, etc.
