范锡龙,武汉大学教授。中国物理学会引力与相对论天体物理分会委员,湖北省天文学会副理事长。2016年基础物理学特别突破奖(因参与发现引力波与LVC成员一同分享)。主持国家自然科学基金优秀青年基金,湖北省自然科学杰出青年基金,科技部国家重点研发计划引力波专项课题。


主要从事引力波天文学,引力波数据处理,以及星系化学演化方面的研究。

其它科学目标的构建:

  • 命名“引力波泊松-阿拉贡亮斑”的现象

  • 提出利用未来空间引力波探测器的观测研究白矮星结构和状态方程的方案

  • 提出解释目前观测到所有双黑洞并合事件中单个黑洞自旋值很小这一问题的方案,并且构建了一个未来检验自旋提取机制的数据处理方法

  • 量子信息与引力波背景
