管小彬，男，武汉大学资源与环境科学学院副研究员，硕士生导师，2018年获理学博士学位，曾赴加拿大多伦多大学开展博士后研究工作，主要研究方向为植被遥感应用，基于机器学习、数学建模、生态模型等手段，针对遥感基础植被指数处理、陆地生态系统碳循环关键参量模拟、生态系统对全球变化响应等关键问题开展工作，目前在RSE、AFM、IEEE TGRS、JAG、STOTEN等国内外知名期刊发表学术论文20余篇，申请国家发明专利2项，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目、中国博士后基金特别资助、武汉市曙光计划等项目，参与多个国家重点研发计划等重大项目，分别在GSIS、FES、RS等遥感、环境领域SCI期刊组织了植被、遥感、碳中和相关的4个专刊。
