Profile

Liang Hong received his BS degree and the Ph.D Degree in Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2009, and visited the Computer Science Department of University of Virginia from 2007-2008. In 2012, he got the "Star Track" funding from Microsoft Research Asia, and visited MSRA as a visiting researcher. He has been granted national, provincial and enterprise research projects such as Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), Doctoral Program of the Ministry of Education, Natural Science Foundation of Hubei Province, and MSRA-University Collaboration Research Programs. He has participated in more than ten research projects such as key projects of NSFC, NSFC and projects of Nokia Research China. He has more than 60 papers published in refereed international journals and international conferences such as TKDE, TKDD, KDD, SIGSPATIAL. Currently, he is member of ACM, IEEE and China Computer Federation (CCF).
