一、学习与工作经历:    

19866月毕业于武汉大学物理系半导体物理专业,获“理学学士”;20106月于武汉大学微电子学与固体 电子学专业获“工学博士”。

    1986.7-1987.8:武汉大学物理系教师;

    1987.9-1991.7:武汉大学物理系助教;

    1991.8-1995.4:武汉大学物理系讲师;

    1995.5-2011.10:武汉大学应用物理系、光电技术系、电子科学与技术系副教授;

    2011.11-今:武汉大学电子科学与技术系、微电子系教授。

 其中1996年遴选为硕士生导师,2010年遴选为博士生导师。

目前主讲本科生课程:《集成电路设计方法学》、《半导体及其器件物理》、《微电子与智能社会》。曾主讲课程:《普通物理》、《半导体工艺原理》、《电子技术基础》、《传感器原理与应用》、《EDA技术》EDA实验》、《半导体物理》等。

1、科研方向:

1)生物医学信息处理:研究EMGECG检测技术及可穿戴检测技术实现;研究基于神经网络的生物信息特征提取与分类、机器学习算法的轻量化硬件实现;研究基于压缩感知的医学信号分析、算法重构技术;研究基于云的医学信息传输、医学图像压缩关键技术等。

2)微纳电子器件模型研究、光电器件及IC设计:研究纳米尺度下碳基场效应器件、石墨烯场效应管的量子模型及器件电路模型;研究纳米材料、纳米器件的电学特性;研究新型红外探测器件(PD)、TIALA等集成电路芯片设计技术。
