1、科研方向:
(1)生物医学信息处理:研究EMG、ECG检测技术及可穿戴检测技术实现;研究基于神经网络的生物信息特征提取与分类、机器学习算法的轻量化硬件实现;研究基于压缩感知的医学信号分析、算法重构技术;研究基于云的医学信息传输、医学图像压缩关键技术等。
(2)微纳电子器件模型研究、光电器件及IC设计:研究纳米尺度下碳基场效应器件、石墨烯场效应管的量子模型及器件电路模型;研究纳米材料、纳米器件的电学特性;研究新型红外探测器件(PD)、TIA、LA等集成电路芯片设计技术。
