Abstract:This paper proposes the theoretical system of spatio- temporal integrated disaster monitoring and assessment for village and town buildings using multi-temporal, multi-scale and multi-source remote sensing observation data, which includes high reliability integrated processing methods of multisource spatial-temporal remote sensing data of village and town buildings, intelligent monitoring of dynamic disaster process of village and town buildings based on deep learning algorithms,disaster evaluation methods of village and town buildings based on spatio-temporal geographic data analysis, and multi disaster assessment and information service methods for village and town buildings. Based on the above methods, a multi disaster assessment and information service system is constructed. The theoretical system has been applied to disaster monitoring and assessment in Wenchuan, Sichuan province. The results show that it can effectively improve the ability of disaster monitoring and assessment in villages and towns and provide technical and theoretical support for further im ‐ provement of village and town buildings disaster management system.
