- Abstract:
- As the e-commerce is playing a more and more important role in our life, the appropriate methods and metrics are needed to evaluate the e-commerce websites. However, the traditional assessment methods are artificial and object, the results of which are scored by domain experts in principle. In this paper, we select some general indexes and propose a comprehensive model based on AHP theory to evaluate B2C Ecommerce websites in speciality according to its crucial features. Furthermore, a sorting algorithm in the experiment is present to score and rank the websites from the same domain. And the results prove the model is effective. © Sila Science. All rights reserved.
