李星华，四川安岳人，工学博士，武汉大学遥感信息工程学院副教授/硕士生导师，地理国情监测系副主任，IEEE高级会员，中国测绘学会摄影测量与遥感专委会委员兼学术秘书，中国图象图形学学会遥感图像专委会委员，中国指挥与控制学会智能调度专委会委员，湖北省测绘地理信息学会摄影测量与遥感专委会秘书，教育部学位中心评审专家，国家自然科学基金通讯评议专家。主要从事多时相智能遥感方面的研究工作，包括多时相配准、多时相重建、多时相变化分析、多源融合、深度学习与人工智能等。

近年来主持国家重点研发计划专题、国家自然科学基金、湖北省自然科学基金等10余个项目。获测绘科技进步一等奖（2017）。发表/录用学术论文80余篇，其中SCI论文60余篇（12篇入选ESI高被引/热点），谷歌学术总被引3600余次，入选斯坦福大学全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单；出版学术专著3部；申请/获批国家发明专利14项。受邀担任JSTARS、Landslides、JIST、JARS、RS、IASC、JoE、DAS等10余个期刊副主编/客座编辑/编委，以及IEEE TIP、IEEE TGRS、RSE、IJRS等90余个SCI刊物、30余个国际会议、20余个国内刊物审稿人，获评JAG、IEEE JSTARS、《遥感学报》等期刊最佳审稿人。
