Kant began to explore the generalization of the subject of legal philosophy. Hegel distinguished between civil society and the state, and proposed that personality rights are essentially property rights, deepening the understanding of micro and macro subjects. Marx believed that the micro-subject is the unity of productivity and production relations, and the state's macro-subject is the unity of the economic foundation and the superstructure. He completed the theoretical summary of the micro and macro subjects, and realized the development of the understanding of the micro and macro subjects.Note:
