裴志鹏，河南焦作人。2019年获得武汉大学空间信息与数字技术专业学士学位，2025年获得武汉大学摄影测量与遥感专业博士学位。2024—2025年期间曾赴瓦伦西亚理工大学开展访问交流。2026年1月进入武汉大学遥感信息工程学院从事博士后研究。主要从事成像光谱学与大气环境遥感研究，重点关注二氧化碳、甲烷等温室气体的高空间分辨率浓度反演、点源识别与排放量化，并结合大气传输模型和多源卫星观测，开展排放清单的独立评估。
