Profile


This team, led by Prof. Chao Yuan, is working on the development of novel thermal characterization techniques and thermal management methods for the wide bandgap devices.  They are managing several projects from Nation science departments and Hubei provinces. 


We are always looking for enthusiastic PhD students, Master students, undergraduates and outstanding postdoctoral researchers to join our group to perform cutting-edge research.


We are always welcoming the indusrty collabration.
