Dr Zhaofu Zhang, Tenure-track Professor, The Institute of Technological Sciences, Wuhan University, Wuhan 430072, China

He worked as the research associate at the University of Cambridge for three years, after he received the PhD degree from the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. His research interests include surface, interface, and defects in both traditional and novel semiconductors, and the rational design of semiconductor devices.

He has published more than 100 SCI papers in top journals like APL, IEEE TED, IEEE EDL, ACS AMI, AFM, Nat. Commu., including 22 first-authored papers. He has published 1 IEDM conference paper as the first-author, as well as one book chapter. He has a Google Scholar h-index of 24, with the citations of 1900 times.
