    Fei Fan, Ph.D.,  Professor, School of Economics and Management, Wuhan University. He is a visiting scholar at the University of Queensland, Australia, a part-time researcher at the Institute of Global Innovation and Development of East China Normal University and the China Institute of Development Strategy and Planning of Wuhan University, and a member of the International Association of Regional Science and a director of the China Regional Science Association. He is also the Secretary General of the Committee on Urban-Rural Integration and Development, and the Deputy Secretary General of the Committee on Yangtze River Economic Belt of the China Society of Regional Economics, and the Committee on Regional Innovation.
