1. 离子注入技术及应用:
研发多束、原位、高温、超低剂量等先进的离子注入设备和技术。
2. 离子束与固体相互作用和材料缺陷与性能研究:
针对先进核能系统的材料瓶颈问题,开展聚变堆结构材料、面向等离子体材料、燃料包壳材料等关键材料的辐照效应及氢氦协同作用研究。应用速率理论和分子动力学等方法,研究材料中缺陷的演变规律、物理机理和缺陷对材料性能的影响。
3. 气体绝缘性能研究:
气体微观放电参数、绝缘强度的测量和机理研究,新型环保绝缘气体的研发评估。
