沈欣，工学博士，生于1981年11月。主要从事遥感卫星任务规划与地面运控研究，先后主持多项国家自然科学基金、国家博士后科学基金、湖北省自然科学基金项目，作为研究骨干先后参与多项国家重点研发计划、国家自然基金重大研究计划等重大项目，发表论文六十余篇。武汉大学遥感卫星地面站副站长，珞珈一号/二号/三号/四号卫星地面测控与数传系统主任设计师，负责珞珈卫星的地面运控和数据接收工作。
