Prof. Guobin Zhu, male, born in 1965, Rugao city of Jiangsu province. He graduated from the Department of Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing of Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping in 1986 with a bachelor's degree. In 1995, he graduated from the School of Remote Sensing and Information Engineering of Wuhan Technical University of Surveying and Mapping, and obtained a master's degree. He graduated from Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Israel in 2004 with a Ph.D. (instructor: Prof. Shaul Krakover, Prof. Dan G. Blumberg). He is currently the head and faculty of the Department of Spatial Information and Digital Technology at the School of Remote Sensing and Information Engineering of Wuhan University.
He has long been engaged in teaching and research in Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing, Geographic Information Systems, Software Engineering, and mobile internet. As an instructor teacher, he lectured on "Software Project Management" and "System Level Programming" for more than 10 years. Along the research time track, he mainly focused on 1) the multi-scale Remote Sensing image analysis methods and modeling study based on topological invariant; 2) study of the spatial information service network based on Game Theory; and 3) the geographic information service technics based on granular computing. Currently, he is committed to researching the micro-service back-end technology and the widget front-end technology for the Internet, and is applied to the construction of large-scale geographic information system engineering and various spatio-temporal information cloud platforms.
His research focuses on intelligent Remote Sensing image analysis and understanding, semantic integration of Remote Sensing and GIS, and Software Engineering applications. Since 1996, he has hosted more than 20 research and development projects, and the project funds have accumulated more than 20 million yuan. The scientific research achievements have won 9 national, provincial and ministerial-level science and technology awards, including 1 national second prize for scientific and technological progress, 2 provincial and ministerial first prizes, 5 provincial and ministerial second prizes, and 1 provincial and ministerial third prize. In 2014, he was entitled as the “Huanghe Yingcai” (a talent program) in Wuhan. In 2016, he was entitled as the “Double Talents” (also a talent program) in Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province. In 2018, he was honourably entitled as “Hubei Industry Professor”. He has published more than 70 papers in domestic and international journals and conferences. In 2013, he was awarded the title of “Advanced Individual for Teaching and Educating” by Wuhan University. In 2015, he was awarded “Excellent Navigator for Students” by Wuhan University and in 2016 he was awarded the title of “Outstanding Communist Party Member of Wuhan University”.
- [1]基于数字拓扑的遥感影像分析研究。该研究使得遥感影像表达及空间关系推理方法能够在不同抽象层次中保持空间信息的完整性及其拓扑一致性,便于扩展成为一个矢量与栅格并存的空间数据多重表达模型,并保持其良好的拓扑一致性,从而避免或消除数据转换过程中信息的丢失与冗余问题。
- [2]基于粒度计算与博弈论的地理信息组合服务问题研究,依托博弈论解决了基于粒度计算的地理信息组合服务问题。该研究根据粒的拓扑特性,得出了地理信息组合服务过程中所具备的传递性、连通性与覆盖性对策,为从粒子拓扑空间寻找服务构造的最佳路径提供了理论依据。
- [3]拓展李群理论的机器学习方法应用于遥感场景研究。传统的遥感场景研究大多数基于欧氏空间的特征性质,而李群理论试图寻找一种与研究对象特征空间匹配的流形空间,将高维的特征空间映射到低维的李群空间,并且借助于李群的光滑流形空间作为约束,在此空间上解决变换中的不变性问题。
- [4]空间信息共享服务研究。该研究着重于空间信息服务链理论和实现技术,通过构建GIS服务链应用集成模型,探讨可视化建模方法,基于流程技术的GIS服务链系统实现。
