    本论文基于NGINX,Nginx的RTMP模块与FFMPEG搭建实时流媒体服务器,学习研究NGINX-RTMP-Module模块的工作原理与运行流程,实现基于RTMP协议的流媒体信号的接收、编码率多重采样以及基于RTMP协议与HLS协议的流媒体信号分发,在直播、点播等应用场景下运行良好。
    本文在以上基础上,着重研究了基于流媒体服务器的QOS保障技术,提出基于服务器的QOS保障方案:即服务器通过计算视频传输过程中的丢包率,估算当前网络的可用带宽,并以此为依据调整视频编码码率,使其与当前网络的可用带宽相适应,进而保障视频传输的QOS。本论文测试结果表明,该方案能够一定程度上控制视频传输过程中的丢包率,保障视频传输的流畅,实现良好的视频传输QOS保障。
