    本文围绕地名地址引擎进行了研究设计与实现，论文首先研究国内外地名地址的实际情况，在参考国内外的地址分词技术并在符合国家标准的基础上设计符合中国实际的地名地址模型，为地名地址标准化以及对地名地址引擎的设计实现提供理论支持。
    论文对地名地址数据库的标准体系以及建设内容进行设计和分析，并根据实际需求设计数据库的模型。对地名地址数据库的建库流程进行分析，并讨论数据在采集方案以及采集后数据的处理流程。同时针对地名地址数据的质量控制提供解决方法。论文还根据国内外已有地名地址引擎的应用特点和方向，对地名地址引擎的服务提供机制进行研究，并为地名地址引擎接口设计了标准。
    论文最后根据地名地址引擎服务的设计要求，对地名地址引擎各模块进行设计并编程实现地名地址引擎。经过单元测试和集成测试后，再将上述设计实现的地名地址引擎应用于时空信息云平台上，并介绍了地名地址引擎在实际项目中的应用效果。
