    本论文采用压缩感知理论,利用不同时相遥感影像变化区域的稀疏性,实现了对变化区域真实信号的定向采集和重构。由于遥感影像变化区域本身就极度稀疏,故无需对该信号再进行傅立叶、小波或离散余弦(DCT)等变换来实现信号的压缩或稀疏化。因此在信号重构过程中不存在由于傅立叶、小波和DCT等变换算法导致的小系数损失,而且简化了数据解码过程。本论文实现了遥感影像定向变化检测和增量更新,信号恢复精度也较之传统方法更高。
