    1、从营销的角度切入,依循营销思想发展的方向,分析数字音乐产业发展的症结所在----版权问题。从法学、经济管理学、音乐学等不同视角对音乐版权问题进行深度观察,分析音乐版权矛盾形成的原因。
    2、观察当代社会一些行业中陆续出现的、不同程度的“碎片化”现象和另一些行业中出现的、不同形式的“去碎片化”现象。在梳理和比较后,从服务的角度分析“碎片化与去碎片化”现象背后的本质,将“碎片化”和“去碎片化”联系在一起,作为一个整体,观察其内在联系,并结合服务科学理论、复杂科学管理理论等提炼出碎片化-去碎片化模型;以CMM理论和SERVGUAL理论为参考,提出碎片化-去碎片化模型的成熟度评估体系。
    3、将碎片化营销模式应用于数字音乐产业中,解决包括音乐盗版在内的数字音乐产业发展遇到的一系列问题,并通过成功与失败的案例对该营销模式进行证明。对目前音乐的生产与需求进行分析,探索一个完全面向客户个性需求的,使音乐产业合理发展的、容纳新型资源的碎片化营销模式。
    4、结合电子商务模型理论和音乐的自然规律,给出了一个能包容客户深度需求与音乐人极端创造力的数字音乐全民化服务平台概念设计。
