    本文从认知的角度入手,对于用户体验层次的分析,可以将其分为感官层体验、行为层体验和反思层体验三个体验层次。在这三个层次的基础上,从感官体验、操作体验和可行性体验三个方面建立了交互体验模型。交互体验模型可以单独使用到APP用户满意度调查中去,也可以通过进一步细化分析用户的具体满意程度,建立起APP用户关注度模型。用户关注度模型可以用作为APP软件开发需求分析的延伸,帮助设计开发者在交互体验方面进一步完善软件的设计与开发。然后通过把交互体验模型和用户关注度模型的数据进行对比,分析出APP软件的不足因素,即是用户体验度低于用户专关注度的因素。最后利用四象分析法,分析出需要改进的交互体验因素中着重点。
    本文以基于IOS平台的EVERNOTE软件为线索探讨了各个模型的建立,说明了各个模型在APP市场纵向方面的作用。然后又以基于Android平台的移动学习软件为例进行分析和设计实践,作为横向方面的比较,演示证明了模型可在各种APP软件设计中运用。
