论文对全局异常处理、集中式的集群Session、基于RBAC权限管理和扩展数据可配置进行了实现。在扩展数据可配置的实现过程中，采用非结构化数据扩展方式，降低了数据库复杂度，提高了查询效率。以实现的SaaS架构为基础，论文从架构分析、功能分析的角度对一个操作型的CRM进行了分析和设计，并采用自底向上的方式对其进行了分层实现。论文最终实现了基于SaaS第四级成熟度模型的，具有可配置、高性能、可伸缩特性的SaaS CRM系统架构和项目基础框架。Education Level:
