课题组2021级博士生孟弼伟在第3届MSTP-2023国际会议（The International Symposium on Multiscale Simulations of Thermophysics-2023）中作了题为“Thermal design route for optimal power of GaN-on-diamond devices”的口头报告。该报告获得了会议的“The Best Presentation（最佳报告奖）”。
